"free"

does anyone else in my position feel really insulted when all 328974938759 posts for photographers on craigslist/job search sites are for free/trade for prints/unpaid internship positions? is that what we paid 30 grand a year for?

i don't mind working for free, but it would be nice to book some actual JOBS, too.

Brandon Clark, Arlene's Grocery, NYC 12/14/08

Brandon Clark, fantastic band and even better friend, came up to New York as mentioned earlier and rocked the house at Arlene's Grocery last Sunday. I believe they are already have another new york show in the works, so if you missed the first one, stay updated, there will be more! Brandon and the Band in the Big Apple

Brandon Clark and his band played a show at Arlene's Grocery last night (live photos soon!) and they're here till Wednesday exploring the city. Here's a little taste of our adventures so far:

my baby brother is 18 today. i still remember the day he was born. i love him more then anyone in the entire world. hes way cooler then i will ever be, and that makes me happy. big things are coming from this one in the future, you heard it here first. watch him, hes going to be great.

since i've moved to new york, and i'm in between work, i've gotten a lot of time on my hands to really explore and learn about this city. i love it. i've spent a lot of time with my friend (and birthday twin!) Chris Fantauzzi (chrisfantauzzi.com). Yesterday we ate some delicious Magnoila Cupcakes:




And went shopping in Union Square:



AND! Most importantly, promoted the best show to hit the city. Sunday, December 14th at Arlene's Grocery Brandon Clark and his entire Band!!
